Delete my FamiLink account
In the app
- Open FamiLink and tap your photo at the top of the screen.
- Tap Edit profile, then Delete my account.
- Type the confirmation word, then tap Delete permanently.
Without the app
Email [email protected] from your account's email address (or give your account's phone number), with the subject "Account deletion". Deletion is completed within 30 days.
What is deleted
- Your profile, photo and family memberships.
- Your private conversations and assistant conversations.
- If you own a family: it is handed over to another member, or deleted if you are its only member.
What is kept
- Financial transaction records (contributions, withdrawals, subscriptions), for the period required by law.
- Family tree records created by other family members.
Export my data
To get a copy of your data before deletion, email us with the subject "Data export".
